Legality of the use of video surveillance systems in transport

There are two more regulations governing the use of surveillance and video recording. These:

The control of compliance of cameras and video recorders with the requirements of regulatory acts is entrusted to the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. There are current restrictions in the use of video surveillance related to the security of citizens' personal data and interference with privacy.
