Any product of the appropriate quality should work for a certain period of time. The warranty includes a minimum time that allows you to determine defects related to the product you are using, not related to wear and tear. If the user finds defects during this period, he has the right to replace the equipment or pay for a refund.
Warranty Service
If the product has become unusable not due to non-compliance with the operating rules, the user has the right to the following options for solving the problem:
- Repair and elimination of deficiencies - performed at the service center;
- Exchange for a similar model without additional payment;
- Exchange for a similar option with a surcharge;
- Return of the product and transfer of funds to the buyer.
Exchange rules
Return of products is carried out according to certain rules. This is possible when the purchased product does not meet the declared quality, and when there are no complaints about the product.
The latter is carried out:
- If products are returned within 7 days of purchase;
- If there are documents proving the purchase, and the product itself has retained its presentation and is returned in the package;
- The product is not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return.
In such a situation, not only a return is allowed, but also an exchange for an analogue or more expensive product with a surcharge.
Exchange of a defective product
Replacement is carried out if the owner discovers a defect during the entire warranty period. The procedure is carried out within 7 days from the date of application. If the situation is doubtful - there are signs of wear, improper operation, an examination is appointed. The latter takes up to 20 days.
Complex equipment can be occupied by similar models of another brand - with a recalculation of the cost. If the buyer is not interested in the exchange, the amount for the goods is returned. The term depends on the type of payment. So, if the goods are paid for at the checkout in cash, then the return is made in cash within 10 days. If the settlement was non-cash, the procedure is performed immediately at the request of the user.
